Who can apply?

Recruiters with a minimum 2 years experience in agency recruitment in a full-time 360 permanent recruiter role.

Proven track record in business development

  • High level of interpersonal communication. 
  • Intermediate to advance experience using Microsoft 365. 
  • Adept at managing and tracking your activities in a database. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and “bounce back” from setbacks. 
  • A natural people person who can influence effectively.
