After 27 years helping people build a business in recruitment, we know exactly the type of person who is most likely to succeed. Here are common characteristics and traits we look for in our Franchisees.
While some Franchise Owners do have backgrounds in recruitment, it's not a requirement. Instead, we're looking for experience in hospitality, health, education, construction, retail, IT & digital, finance or legal.
One of the hallmarks of owning a Frontline franchise is the opportunity to work with people. That's why we look for people who value being connected to their community and are interested in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Franchisees who thrive with Frontline are willing to put in the effort to grow and succeed. For people who love new challenges, achieving great things and who aren't afraid of audacious business targets, this is the franchise opportunity for you.
