Melissa (aka Mel) has worked with Frontline Recruitment Group since 2005, originally joining the company in an Accounts role.

Since then Mel has also worked in Franchise Development and Systems Development as the company grew from a Retail brand into other industries and multi-national when she found the area which she is most passionate about in the Operational side of the business.  It’s because of this experience across the various business disciplines that Mel has gained a strong depth of knowledge of the Frontline business and its Franchisees.  Mel was awarded Field Manager of the Year for NSW & ACT by the Franchise Council of Australia in 2016.

Before joining Frontline Recruitment Group, Mel held various administration and operational support roles in Retail and Services industries.
