Frontline was founded in 1995 and is now part of Express Employment International the world’s no. 1 staffing franchise.  What has remained consistent through that journey is our people first philosophy.  Our consistent growth and high performance over the years is all driven by people.

In 2020 Frontline Recruitment Group was acquired by Express Employment International, the world’s no 1 staffing franchise with over 860 offices across North America, South Africa and now, Australia and New Zealand.

Express Employment Professionals ranked No. 1 in category by Entrepreneur Magazine and has been also inducted into the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
