Why Julia chose to join the Frontline?
I actually didn’t choose to join the Frontline family. Initially, I came in and interviewed for another role and started talking to a Sydney consultant about potentially joining the crew. After a couple of interviews, I’ve forgotten about my hospitality management background and decided that recruitment was for me.
Why are you most proud to be part of Frontline?
I’m proud to be part of the Frontline family because of the common thread of family that sits behind everything that we do. The moment that I walked in to the Frontline business and our office in Sydney, I felt as though I was home.
What makes you get out of bed in the morning, excited to get to work?
To make sales! I’m very competitive by nature and all of the hard work that we put in is in black and white on those sales reports. I also like to be recognised for my results and to win the awards. Winning accolades at the end of the financial year is something that drives me.
What is it about the Frontline system that makes it easier for you to do your job?
The ease of the connectability. With everything that we do within our system means that you can travel around Australia, throughout your territory, internationally and still be able to pick up my phone and go into the database, make placements, and do my job. That connectability makes it much easier to continue your business and have a flexible lifestyle.
