Why Rory chose to Join Frontline

I chose to join Frontline because of the culture. We’re a really great team. We like to work together. We’ve got the same goal, the same objective, and we provide and share a lot of information to help better our customers. 

Why are you most proud to be part of Frontline?

The reason I’m proud to be a Frontliner is I feel that we are constantly providing excellent staff to our clients. When we go to market on behalf of our client, we’re honestly all got the same goal to find the best people to grow their business and see them achieve through the employees that we’ve given them.

What gets you out of bed in the morning and excited to get to work?

What excites me the most is the people I work with. In the 9 years of being a part of Frontline, I’ve built great relationships with people in our network but also with our retail clients, and a lot of these very personally. I love to catch up with them. For me, working is not a job. 

What is it about the Frontline system that makes it easier for you to do your job?

What I like about the Frontline system is, the one system fits all. So what that means is that we give the same quality of service in Sydney, as to Melbourne, as to Perth, as to South Australia. When a client comes to us, they’re getting constant service depending on what agency they use.

If you could highlight one thing to someone considering joining the Frontline, what would that be?

At Frontline we have a work hard, play hard mentality. So we’re very results-driven. We expect people to achieve but at the same time, we celebrate. We really reward our people and we invest a lot into our people to succeed.
